I began my research for my completed Bachelor of Design Thesis Project during my trip from Ontario to BC to visit family and see how Canadian Cities had evolved, particularly from the Olympics in Vancouver [2017-2018]

As I moved across Canada in the winter of 2021 to the LML, I noticed that the focus from my educational studies could be of benefit, with the proper forethought and positioning

On June 5th, 2026, I finally hit a fan, so to speak. I began to get more serious about my digital voice and the Program I began working on and thinking through in 2017-2018.
Programs and Facilities of this caliber should have properly detailed Program Manuals, Practice Procedures, Awareness Services, and Community Understanding that relocation causes spreading and remediation is a Choice that needs to be worked through retroactively and through localized parameters to the areas looking for help to see everyone prosper in the Community
Relocating or moving a Problem has been shown to cause spreading instead of centralized help to ensure that society can see the positive changes without negative repercussions in other Areas, such as; Lower Housing Prices in surrounding Neighbourhoods, Issues with ReSale, Natural Areas that may require more Maintenance, Patrol, and Remediation
