At first, this post was called 'Learning to be Loud' but later changed to 'RANdom Awkward' as the whole thing has had this energy as I work to settle into life as a Design Professional, Entrepreneur, Business Owner, and Single Mom

I have been trying to crack through my shell or walls for years, and I will admit that social media is not my strong suit
My Passion for Design began long before my formal education and Professional Experience, dreaming about working with Clients to create spaces that truly function and reflect what they need and would want from the space and atmosphere
I have had a few larger changes since 2021 that I am now overly excited to share about. Unfortunately, as 2021 held so much promise, I was laid off from a construction company as their Lead Interior Designer and Project Manager after working on some amazing Residential, Commercial, and Indigenous Projects, from Homes to Small Businesses and Outdoor Spatial Design Projects. At the time, I was in BC looking for work when I had the opportunity to go with my partner at the time up North to live and work on my Company, Danielle Begin Designs [est. 2019]. We headed North at the beginning of the year [2022 winter] and shortly thereafter came to Red Deer, Alberta, as life was changing. Trying to find a suitable career in Red Deer was interesting, and to overshare my life situation may not have been ideal.
However, with the persistence of working through personal conditions and goals of building my Client base and network throughout Alberta and across Canada. I have worked from home since March 2022, and I am excited to see what the future holds as life evolves.
As I settle into Alberta and as a young family, I am so excited to Share what I have been working through for the last five years and briefly explain what has been going on
1ST,
Begin Creative Designs Inc. has been steadily working with Clients from British Columbia to Ontario and throughout Alberta. I am so excited to say I am looking for someone to join me to grow the team and have a few other surprises that will be coming soon, as I have been looking for a space since I had to leave the Studio Space in May 2025, just after taking possession.
Second,
I began tinkering again as my life changed to add my Graphic Design Services back into the mix, as well as an online boutique to match the energy of how my love of the Odds and Ends can flourish from Graphic Sayings, to Artwork, and Mixed Media pieces.
I am hoping to explore photography again soon and will be looking for models and spaces to add to my portfolio.
Third,
This is the One that I hope I can continue to Grow to Reality, as I did in 2019 at Grad Ex 104 [OCAD University, Toronto, ON.]. As I have never stopped working on my Thesis, through case studies or thinking through systems, and networking to meet the individuals who can have key voices in the changes I hope to see throughout the Nation, as everything has a domino effect and Canadian Healthcare was Nationalized in Canada with the belief that it should be universal and able to be transfered within Canadian provinces and terriorities for all Canadian citizens.

A more personal note, but my personal life has changed, and I am glad to be surrounded by family again after moving from Ontario to BC and now settling in Alberta, as I evolve as a Professional and mom
